FAQs

Do you provide paint or stain services?

No, but we have skilled painters and their contact information will be listed on your estimate. We work with these painters on a regular basis and trust them to do quality work. We also have recommendations for countertops, tile, flooring, electrical and plumbing.

What is your process for getting a quote?

We offer free online estimates through our website! Simply fill out our quote request form and we will follow up via email to gather measurements and inspiration photos. If you accept the online estimate, Carlos will come out in person at no charge prior to building to take exact measurements and go over all design details.

Prefer to meet in person first? We also offer in-person estimates with Carlos for a $175 fee, which is fully credited toward your project should you decide to move forward.

Once I accept the estimate how soon can you start?

Lead times typically range from 4–8 weeks depending on the scope of your project and our current schedule. We recommend reaching out early to get on our calendar!

Do you provide design services?

While we don't offer standalone design services, Carlos meets with you in person for your estimate to review all measurements and design details. Upon customer request, a hand sketch with measurements and/or a digital rendering may be provided after the in-person estimate. We encourage you to bring any plans, cabinetry details, or measurements you may have, and we do require inspiration photos, drawings, or ideas to be shared during your in-person estimate.

do you only work with residential homeowners?

We work with everyone! We proudly serve residential homeowners, commercial clients, interior designers, contractors, and home builders throughout the Greater Houston area.
